To make a warranty claim:
Most manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. They do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
TexRouter LLC is an independent retailer. We facilitate warranty claims as a courtesy service but are not the warranty provider. We do not assume manufacturer warranty obligations. However, we do maintain our own 30-day return policy for defective items — see our Refund Policy.
