30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Eligible Items
- Unopened products in original packaging — full refund
- Opened but defective products — full refund or replacement
- Opened, non-defective products — store credit or exchange (subject to 15% restocking fee)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items with physical damage caused by the customer
- Products missing serial numbers or that have been tampered with
- Special order or custom-configured items
How to Return
- 1. Email returns@texrouters.online with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- 3. Pack your item securely and drop it at any FedEx location.
- 4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times: Credit/Debit Cards: 3–7 business days. PayPal: 1–3 business days. Store credit: Instant.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@texrouters.online. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
