Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on package size and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link within 24 hours of shipment. You can also track your order at texrouters.online/track.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@texrouters.online. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product.
